Project Overview


Evolve Brain Health engaged us to build dedicated landing pages to support their Google and Meta advertising campaigns. The focus was not a full website redesign, but rather high-converting, ad-specific pages designed to reduce cost per acquisition and increase booked psychiatric appointments.


At this stage, organic SEO was paused. The objective was immediate performance from paid traffic.


The initial scope included landing pages for Medication Management, Psychiatric Evaluation, and Depression treatment, with a structured rollout plan for additional services once conversion performance was validated.

The Objective


The primary goal was to create landing pages that aligned tightly with paid search intent. Instead of directing ad traffic to general service pages, we built standalone pages structured specifically to convert high-intent visitors.


Each page needed to reflect the messaging used in ads clearly, emphasize fast appointment availability (within approximately one week), reinforce clinical credibility and outcomes, highlight the premium patient experience, and guide visitors confidently toward booking.


The focus was clarity and decision support - not long-form educational content.

Page Structure & Conversion Framework


Each landing page was built using a decision-focused structure. The above-the-fold section immediately reinforced the search intent, clearly stated the offer, and presented a strong call to action.


Messaging was concise and outcome-driven. Rather than overwhelming visitors with excessive information, we positioned key elements strategically throughout the page.


This included a clear explanation of the service, emphasis on appointment speed and accessibility, trust signals such as provider credibility and patient experience, and reinforced calls to action placed intentionally throughout the layout.

The structure was built mobile-first, ensuring minimal friction, clear tap targets, and a streamlined user experience.

Optimization Strategy



To maximize performance, we implemented a post-launch optimization window.


During this phase, behavioral tracking tools were installed to monitor user interaction through heatmaps, session recordings, and funnel tracking. This allowed us to analyze how visitors were engaging with each section of the page.


Based on real behavioral data, we iterated on headline clarity, content hierarchy, CTA positioning, and trust reinforcement. Instead of relying on assumptions, adjustments were guided by measurable user behavior.


This ensured the landing pages functioned as performance assets rather than static pages.
